Salmon salad

Ingredients :serves 4
-1lb fresh wild poached salmon or(4cans of no sodium added wild Alaskan salmon
-2tbs of sliced Spanish green olives(sliced by hand)
-1red onion
-1tbs of rinsed capers
-Half cup of Italian parsley
-1 fresh jalapeno
-Juice of 1 fresh lemon
-Fresh black pepper
Chop all the ingredients on a board..transfer to a nice clear glass bowl, add the lemon juice and black pepper..et voila!!!
-Serve it with toasted sliced fresh bread.
PS:I like it without oil but if you like..you can add it..
When i make ..I always have an arugula salad with it
